FAQ
Why only PNG and JPEG?
pdf-lib only embeds these two formats natively. For WebP or HEIC, convert to PNG/JPEG first.
What’s “fit to image” page size? The PDF page is sized to your image plus margins — no whitespace, no scaling. Best for cropping-free output.
Will image quality drop? No. Images are embedded as-is; only the page geometry changes.
Are my files uploaded? No. Everything runs in your browser. Files never touch a server.
